This is a logo I designed for my T-Shirt brand Zealot.

It was hand drawn to get the proportions right and then remade in Illustrator. I'm not 100% happy with it but it took ages and I don't feel like going back to it.

I've just started designing a hand crafted logo for a friend so I'll up some scans soon

Hi, my name's Chris Airplays and I'm new to Doodle Thugs.

24 Hour Draw

Some stuff I did during my recent 24 hour draw.




What I learnt:
1. I forgot how great markers are, I should use them more.
2. I need to practice hands, especially hands holding guns.
3. I can produce a short, half decent comic in a small time (if it's written for me)
4. Kids don't like my art, apart from an alien I drew which one little girl seemed to like.
5. Kids are loud and obnoxious, especially when you haven't slept for 20 hours.
6. Having a sticker slapped on your forehead by the photographer of and for the local newspaper, after 24 hours of no sleep, whilst trying to finish a comic, is a trifle annoying.
7. I loooooove drawing long flowing hair, if I could make a living from it everyone would hate me and I wouldn't even care.
